Meet our friendly rescued and hand-raised farm animals

Alpacas, mini cows, goats, pigs, sheep, horses, chickens, ducks and Wilson the cockatoo all live here, and they love visitors. They’re rescued or hand-raised and used to people, so they’ll happily come to the fence to say hello. Carrots and mango leaves are their favourites, and you can feed them whenever you like during your stay.

How a stay on the farm works

No tour times, no tickets. The farm is yours to explore for your whole stay.

1

Check in and get your map

You’ll get a map of the farm showing where the animals, the orchard and the kitchen garden are, and we’ll point you to anything that’s ready to pick.

2

Bring a bag of carrots

Feed the animals whenever you like, morning or evening. Carrots and mango leaves from the driveway trees are the favourites.

3

Pick, wander, switch off

Pick from the garden for dinner, walk down to the creek to look for the platypus, then watch the sunset from your veranda or the fire.

Orchards and gardens: over 100 kinds of fruit and veg

Two hundred organically grown mango trees line the driveways, with citrus, stone fruit, pineapples and bananas through the orchard and a big kitchen garden of vegetables and herbs. Guests are welcome to pick what’s in season for their own meals, and we’ll show you what’s ready when you arrive.

Wilson, the creek and the wild neighbours

Wilson is our sulphur-crested cockatoo and the farm’s official greeter. He’ll talk to anyone who stops by, and most guests leave with a photo of him.

Down the hill, a creek runs through the bottom of the farm. Sit quietly on the bank or in the Bali hut and you’ll spot platypus, turtles and hundreds of native birds, and the Glass House Mountains turn pink at dusk.
